Terms of Service

Zenkast is a media player for the Android TV platform. It plays IPTV content from third-party providers using credentials that you supply. Zenkast does not provide, host, curate, or sell any channels, movies, series, or other media.

To use Zenkast, you must have an active subscription with a third-party IPTV provider that supplies you with Xtream Codes credentials (server URL, username, password). Zenkast is not affiliated with any IPTV provider.

• You are solely responsible for the credentials you enter into the app and for any content you access using those credentials.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party IPTV service complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws, and with the terms of the provider you signed up with.
• You may not use Zenkast to distribute, redistribute, or re-broadcast content to any other person or service.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or licensing mechanism of Zenkast or of any third-party provider.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenkast. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Zenkast does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content played through the app. All content originates from and is delivered by third-party IPTV providers whose services you have subscribed to. Availability, legality, and quality of that content is entirely between you and your provider.

If you believe content played through Zenkast infringes your rights, contact the IPTV provider whose service is streaming it. Zenkast does not host that content and cannot remove it.

Zenkast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any specific channel, program, or content will be available.
• Playback will always succeed — third-party provider issues (concurrent connection limits, geo-blocks, expired subscriptions, provider outages) are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenkast, its affiliates, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruption. Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Zenkast will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free player app, is generally zero).

You may stop using Zenkast at any time. You can delete all your data using the "Delete account" option in the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms, abuses the infrastructure, or uses the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, display a notice in the app the next time you open it. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state of residence of the primary operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle and how. By using Zenkast you also agree to that policy.
